From establishment in 2004, Shen Zhen Codos Electrical Appliance Co, . Ltd. has been engaged in the design and production of professional hair equipments. Its main products, such as professional hair clipper, pet clipper, baby clipper & hair straightener are well accepted by customers from worldwide because of its innovative design and reliable quality.
After 8 years of rapid growth, Codos has achieved production capacity of 1200, 000 PCS every month. To maintain such capacity, more than 200 employees are working hardly in 4600 square meters plant.
Rely to its strong R&D ability, Codos provides not only OEM, but also ODM service for many famous European Companies. All Codos R&D engineers are skilled with CAD programming and industrial design. They contribute dozens of innovative designs every year and selected models after mass production are spread all over China and European countries through matured channel.
Codos injects all plastic parts by itself and all other components from its suppliers are tested in laboratory before get into the production. Besides, quality control department will accompany whole production and assembling lines to control and ensure the product quality.
