The Chongqing Wanzhou Laomu Crafts CO., Ltd was founded in May 2007, which was composed by the backbone of arts and crafts personnel in Wanzhou District. It is the window of goverment to promot the Three Gorges arts and culture, and it is also the Arts and Crafts Association of the Three Gorges to communicate with other areas. Its purpose is to show the personality and charisma which are more than 600 kilometers from Chongqing to Yichang, showing the unique culture of Three Gorges reservoir area to more people. Inheriting and carrying forward the traditional crafts, mining and developing potential markets to let more people understand the Three Gorges and like the Three Gorges. It has the handicrafts Street in Spring Garden of Wanzhou District as a base, and do some researches and developments, marketing, exhibitions and so on.
The company has owned the Traditional Chinese drugs mural (patents) project which is the first one in the whole country. Thanks to its novel contents, colorful sight, unique way, It is named as Phoenix Cup design Silver by the China Crafts and arts Association and the Arts and crafts college of Tsinghua University. And it fully uses the Three Gorges region rich raw materials and labor resources. Because of their unique, attractive and collections, and getting a good social and economic benefits, the government has giving attention and support. This is the company currently focused production project.
