For the boat making, there are three making ways, first is FRP making, spray the fiber glass, and resin manually on the mold, also can use the fiber chopper gun to spray the fiber and resin. Second is RTM making(resin transfer molding), infuse
The resin into the closed molds by the RTM infusion machine. Third is vacuum forming, form the plastic sheets into the boat by the forming machine, and then spray the fiber glass and resin onto the plastic sheets to make the reinforcement.

4. We have 40 separated heaters for this machines, if making the smaller bathtub forming, then we can closed two side heaters to save the electricity power.
5. We have the shine metal board at the other side of the machine, when the heaters stop heating the acrylic sheet, it can keep the heaters warm.
