2010 XiX started in ShanHai China
2010 Design and manufacture transformers and reactors for industrial heating
2011 Design electric melting heating system and tin bath heating system for glass kilns
2015 Jointly established HongKong Hotwork-XiX Ltd. With Hotwork AG
2015 Based on Hotwork′s combustion technology, research and design an all oxygen combustion system and bubble system
2016 Design firing gun and gas/nitrogen control valve group for float glass furnace
2018 Introducing permanent magnet transmission technology and innovating the XED series of couplers and speed controllers
2020 Provide a swinging flame combustion system for non-ferrous metal melting furnaces
2023 Introducing next-generation combustion technology and immersing combustion furnaces
Business Scope
By 2024, we have undertaken over 300 heating projects for float glass/fiberglass/daily glass kilns
The scope of services we can provide includes:
Engineering design, manufacturing, and supply of various special heating facilities
Turnkey project for electric melting, bubbling, firing gun, and control valve station
Supply of molybdenum electrodes with various shapes of high-purity glass melting grades
Supply and design selection of heating elements such as silicon carbide rods
Manufacturing and supply of special heat-resistant water jackets and kiln equipment
Design and supply of kiln bubbling, burner and control valve group, feeding and discharging, and production unloading
Complete on-site installation, pushing and sealing services, as well as replacement of problematic electrode water sleeves
We also provide the design and manufacturing of electrical systems, including:
Design and Manufacturing of Heating Transformers
Power control unit and cabinet group controlled by digital thyristor
PLC system for monitoring and controlling system operation
Design, supply, and construction of power busbars, cables, and cable trays
Debugging and startup of the system, as well as tracking of its operation
Tracking and monitoring of power quality during system operation
We provide drawings and design documents in four or more languages, including Chinese and English, and have over 200+project experience in compliance with UL and CE certifications.
