Jiaxing Wangzu Industrial Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of ¥ 38 million, is a high-tech enterprise that develops and manufactures various plastic molds such as pipe gallery, expressway, high-speed railway, large water conservancy slope protection, etc. The company has a modern standard workshop of about 40, 000 square meters, and has established two major departments, namely, an independent mold R&D and processing center and a powerful plastic mold production center.
The processing center is equipped with advanced gantry processing equipment, several sets of wire cutting, mold assembly machinery and excellent mold R&D teams. It can develop various large and medium-sized molds in a short time according to the design drawings, and develop more than 200 new varieties of molds each year according to the market demand.
There are a range of injection molding equipments in the plastic mold production center, including large and medium-sized injection molding machines with the shot weights of 50kg, 30kg, 20kg, 10kg, 8kg, 6.3kg, and 4.5kgs. In addition, there are more than ten small injection molding machines (shot weights ranging from 0.3kg to 3kg) with a strong production and supply capacity.
In recent years, the company is in the stage of rapid development, with an average annual production of 1 million sets of prefabricated cast-in-situ formwork and plastic molds. Various plastic molds of the company have been widely and successfully used in many national key projects in China, and have been well received. In addition, our plastic molds have been sold overseas and have been successfully applied in railway construction projects in Kenya, Ethiopia, Vietnam, Laos and other countries.
