But′one is a first IT company, a first company certificated by CMM3 in Northwest of China and a first company in Shaanxi province that is issued by "the first class IT system integration certification" which is from original Shaanxi Ministry of information industry. In 2003, But′one funded a private full-time undergraduate collage with Xi′an Jiaotong University -- Xi′an Jiaotong University City College which commited to train a new type of practical personnel.
