The graphite electrode production capacity is 70, 000-80, 000mt per year, and products cover RP, HP and UHP dia. 100-600mm electrodes. On the basis of the 1700mt, 2500mt, and 3500mt presses, a 1800mt press and a 3500mt press are put into production.
Based on the original production capacity, the production volume of UHP 500.550.600 electrodes was increased to meet the market demand.
In the past year, the market was very unstable. But we have made great progress in terms of annual production volume, production capacity and equipments. At present, we are fully self-sufficient in pressing, baking, impregnation and graphitization, so we can control the quality, deliver time and cost very well. At the same time, we have an entire environmental assessment certificate. Under the environmental monitoring, our production will proceed normally.
Our graphite electrodes are widely used in electric arc furnaces and ladle furnaces in steel and foundry mills. All of our products are approved by ISO 9001 Quality system and enjoyed well reputation in domestic and overseas market.
