Commercial Glass Automatic Swing Door Operator Opener

Self-checking
When the automatic door begins to work, it starts the selflearning process and calculates the optimal speed, ease angle, driving force and other characteristics during the door opening/closing process. This function is automatically activated when the door is powered on, ensuring that the
door will work in optimal condition.

Obstacle detection
The door will automatically rebound to open when meet resistance during closing process, and it will automatically immediately stop when meet resistance during opening process, to prevent pedestrians from being pinched or bumped. The sensitivity of this function is adjustable.

Spring Restoration Design
The electro-mechanical structure is one of the important contributors to the outstanding qualities of the SW1000. When the motor drives door open, it simultaneously tensions the spring in gearbox, storing energy. The door closing movement will use the energy stored in spring, which can also be motor-assisted as required. When power is off, the door can be opened manually, and closed automatically by the energy stored in spring, working as a door closer. The different spring forces required can be precisely and quickly adjusted on site by means of special adjusting screws.

Toothed Connecting Shaft Design
The connecting shaft between the operator and the arm was designed as 60-tooth, each controlling 6 degrees. This design allows for more precise
adjustment of spring pressure. This design has more friction and provides a stronger connection between the arm and the operator. During installation, the direction of the arm can be adjusted more precisely, which is convenient for installation.

Push & Go Function 
This function allows the door to open with a slight push, and close automatically, which similar to a semi-automatic door. In this function, the door is free in the closed position with no locking force. This function is only available under "Automatic Mode".

Wind Stack Function
The wind stack function can ensure that the door leaf can be pressed to the closing position by driving force of motor after the door leaf is blown open by the wind. The sensitivity and pressing force of this function are both adjustable. This function is perfect for the projects with turbulence or strong winds.

Master & Slave Function
The master-slave function is used in situation where the sequence of opening & closing operation is required between the two leaves of the double-opening door.

Secondary Deceleration Function
Under manual mode, when the door is closed to a 5 degree angle, the motor will provide a recoil force to reduce the closing force and speed, prevent
noise and prolong the service life of the door.
