Feature- Consists of hard, soft roller, scientific distribution of tension section.
- Tension of dancer roller is detected by potentiometer and synchronized controlled by PLC and inverter in close-loop control.
- Nip rubber is thrown on/off linking up the machine's movement and is automatically cooperated by PLC.
- Low friction tension dancer roller secures the stable printing tension.
- Synchronizing tensile force of in-feed can be set up by precise discharge valve.
Printing unitStructure- Plate-cylinder is easily installed by shaft-less pneumatic force chucking.
- Transmission shaft is connected by spring slice jointer and driven by teeth belt.
- Roller balancing unit with meter on both ends of the balancing shaft, which mounted before the plate cylinder.
- Ink scraper can be adjusted freely by three directions: left/right, up/down, forward/backward.
- Impression roller is pressed down by "V" shape arms with a guide roller which can minimize the variable length of web while the impression roller moves up and down.
- The ink tray is made of stainless steel with height adjustment by hand.
