Unwinder unit- Double-armed rotary turret and rack combination with double working positions in single tower style.
- Double active unwinding shafts driven by two motors.

In-feed unit- Combination and reunion of steel roller and nip rubber roller assures the division of tension section.
- Separation and reunion of nip rubber roller and pressure adjustment are implemented by pneumatic cylinders, driving by motor and performing by central controller.
- The drawing steel roller is driven by servo motor.
- Tension is monitored by dancer rollers and potentiometers. PLC and inverters concert to maintain stable tension by closed-loop control.

Printing unit- Printing cylinder installation is shaftless type, which is highly efficient when change cylinders.
- Impression rubber rollers are integrated mode with good rigidity and convenience, the roller can be locked when machine stops.
- Impression rubber roller is pressed down by "V" shape arms with a guide roller which can minimize the variable length of web while the impression roller moves up and down.
- Rubber rollers can press the cylinders in automatic sequence, and can separate upward automatically as machine stops.
- Box-type doctor blades devices are supported by double pneumatic cylinders with better rigidity which can be adjusted in three directions to make perfect positions.
- Doctor blades are driven by respective motors and their reciprocating frequency can be in proportional with the driving speed.
- Ink trays are open auto-circumfluence type which can be adjusted upward and downward manually, when retrieving ink, ink tray could pour ink easily by leaning.
- Pneumatic ink transferring rollers are driven by inverter AC motors for prevention of ink splashing. It can facilitate the printing of shallow engraving images.

Out-feed unit- Double rollers pressing, combination of nip steel and rubber rollers, to ensure the partition of tension sections.
- The separation and reunion of soft rollers and pressure adjustment are performed by pneumatic units which can drive by inverter motors and implemented by the central controller.
- The drawing cylinder is driven by servo motor.

ELS shaft-less driving and registration- ELS shaft-less control system adopts KESAI, which is the core of the control system, high computing speed and data processing ability.

- ELS shaft-less control system adopts KESAI servo motor as systematic executive components which show fast response, high precision, accurate positioning and good stability.
- ELS shaft-less control system combines individual driving with color registration, which makes synchronous control and color registration act on printing cylinders directly.
- ELS shaft-less control system performs good registration by adjustment of the phase of printing cylinders, which decrease the film crossing length and simplify the mechanical structure (the main driving shaft and compensation devices of each unit are cancelled), and also makes more direct control and more sensitive adjustment.
- The registration system of ELS shaft-less driving system can make real-time detection of the registration error, the controller can handle the error in the real time and adjust the phases of cylinders in time, so it ensures the more accurate registration.
- The intelligent remote service system can quickly obtain the equipment operation status and relevant data, and also can escort the healthy operation of the equipment in real time, provide equipment failure warning and predictive maintenance, so that the top management can grasp the equipment operation status in real time and conduct the statistics and analysis of the equipment operation data.
- ELS system has features of direct control and sensitive response. It integrates the independent driving with registration into one system, which makes the registration and synchronous adjustment act on plate cylinder directly. Through adjusting the phase position of plate cylinder, it will achieve registration function and reduce the web passing length on the machine. It also optimizes the mechanical structure (put away the main driving shaft and compensation structure at each printing unit). The registration control system can detect the register error on time by photoelectric sensor, and the detected signal will be handled by PCC on time and be fed back. Then adjust the phase position of plate cylinder to guarantee higher precision registration. Due to the superiority of control method and advance of technical ability, ELS system has features of quick and highly efficient pre-registration achievement and dramatically reduction of waste. High performance registration sensor with color recognize function, which is good at light color, weak color, small mark recognized. Driving and registration perfectly integrated, high-volume job and information store, could store menu for 2000 different process recipes.
