FAQ:
Do you have the minimum order?
Answer:  No, we did not required the minimum quantity, you can order just 1, but bacuase of the mold fee we must pay, the more you order, the cheaper of the unit price.
 
Can I add my own logo to my order?
Answer:  Yes! We offer an option to upload your own artwork, you can upload you own logo/ clipart/ designs in our site. Moreover you can send your file to our email and get a quotation.
 
Can I check the draft of wristband before it arranged production?
Answer:  Yes, we must get your approvement then arrange production. We offer free digital draft, you will receive a draft after placed an order, after check the draft you can tell us somewhere you don't like, Then we will amend it for you, until you are satisfied.
 
When will I receive my order? Do you guarantee the delivery date?
Custom product not instock, we need about 7-10 days in production, Extra plus shipping time about 5-7 days (According to the shipping method you chose). Most of our order can delivery in 2 weeks afer you make a payment and confirm the draft.
We will do our very best to have your order delivered to you on your requested date but as there are many factors that can impact this date, we cannot guarantee the delivery date.
 
What's your return policy?
Unless there are quality issues, custom silicone wristbands are not returned.
In this case, you need to upload the pictures of the personalized wristbands with quality problems. The customer service confirmed that the wristbands have quality problems and we will refund the full amount, including the shipping cost.
If there is no quality problem, but you still insist on returning the custom wristbands, then we only refund 50% of the payment, since the mold fees of the custom silicone wristbands are not refundable.
