Edcine make aluminum oxide ceramic insulator with thickness from 0.3mm to 4.5m, they are widely used for to-220, to-247, to-3, to-3p, to-264, to-218, to-254, to-257, to-258semiconductor.
Our thermal grease is superior in thermal conductivity, electronically insulation, weather resistance, physiology inertia, and it has smaller surface tension. It is non-corrosive and is an ideal thermal interface material for electronic parts. Our products have passed the environmental test by SGS and all our products are in accordance with RoHS.
