Shanghai EECTRL ELECTRIC Co., Ltd was founded in 2005 in Shanghai Songjiang. Formerly, it′s Wenzhou Jiujiu Electronic Appliance Co., Ltd. "Wenzhou Jiujiu" has been engaged in research and development on non-contact online measurement and control technology for nearly 25 years. In 1988, with the joint development with No. 23 research institution of the electronic industry minister and Anhui University, Wenzhou Jiujiu produced the first practical laser scanning online diameter measurement instrument.
