In recent years, through the cooperation with foreign professional consulting company, we absorbed the most advanced international emerging technologies and have ability to supply more than 10 series, more than 100 sizes of pump products. The company has the casting, machining, welding, heat treatment and the assembly shops. The new technology of wear-resistant alloy smelting, advanced casting process and heat treatment are adopted to ensure the smooth surface and dense internal organization of the castings. At the same time, the advanced high quality tools and reasonable cutting process are adopted to solve the high hardness and wear resistant of the materials, and the precision and machining efficiency of the wear resistance castings are improved greatly.
