Elevator light curtain is an elevator door safety protection device made using the principle of photoelectric induction. It is suitable for all elevators and protects the safety of passengers entering and exiting the elevator. The elevator light curtain is composed of three parts: infrared transmitters and receivers installed on both sides of the elevator car door, and special flexible cables. For the needs of environmental protection and energy saving, more and more elevators have omitted the power box. Some brands of light curtains have to use power boxes due to their poor immunity to electromagnetic interference. However, with the popularization of the concept of green elevators, light curtains without power supply boxes are a trend. Because the process of converting 220V to 24V is bound to lose a lot of energy.
The THY-LC-917 light curtain is equipped with a CPU-controlled dynamic scanning LED light-emitting tube on the conventional light curtain. The band-shaped two-color LED displays the state of the light curtain protection area, so that the light curtain has a more visual effect on the normal protection function. More humane.
There are several infrared emitting tubes in the emitting end of the light curtain. Under the control of the MCU, the emitting and receiving tubes are turned on in sequence, and the light emitted by one emitting head is received by multiple receiving heads to form a multi-channel scan. Through this continuous scanning of the car door area from top to bottom, a dense infrared protection light curtain is formed. When any one of the rays is blocked, since the photoelectric conversion cannot be realized, the light curtain judges that there is obstruction, and therefore outputs an interrupt signal. This interrupt signal can be a switch signal or a high and low level signal. After the control system receives the signal from the light curtain, it immediately outputs the door opening signal, and the car door stops closing and opens in reverse. The elevator door can be closed normally after the passengers or obstructions leave the warning area, so as to achieve the purpose of safety protection. Avoid accidents of people caught in elevators.
