Our factory produces LSAW steel pipe especially large diameter, thick wall LSAW ( DSAW) steel pipe, with annual production ability 300000tons.

Our factory has advanced total JCOE production lines for LSAW pipe to manufacture national standard GB9711, API SPEC 5L, EN10219, ASTM steel pipe products etc. The Size scope is from OD 406mm- OD 1820mm. Wall thickness scope from 7.62mm (0.3 inch) to 100mm (4"). We also configure automatic control system and on-line quality inspection system, fully with physical and chemical inspection, nondestructive Inspection, hydraulic pressure inspection, Metallographic Analysis to ensure the quality

Our Factory successively granted with ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14004 environmental management system, OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety system, API5L (American Petroleum Institute), CE(PED)certificate and also China pressure pipeline manufacturing license (A1).

Besides, our company has its anti-corrosion company in Cangzhou City Development Zone. It covers an area of 60000 square meters, with three international advanced anti-corrosion production line. Our anti-corrosion are FBE, 2FBE, 2LPE, 3LPE, etc. That comply to the standard of DIN30670, DIN30671, SY/T0413-2002, SY/T0135-2000, Q/CNPC38-2002, SY/T0457-2000, etc. With annual production capacity of 4000000 square meters.

With market development, Ausin pipeline involved in seamless pipe mill cooperation, expanded its scale. Up to now, the mill have Φ 100mm, Φ 180mm steel pipe perforation lines, heating furnace, continuous annealing furnace, 100KN-1500KN chain style cold drawn machine, straight machine, beveled ends machine and two production line of making oil casing pipe couplings of STC, LTC, BTC.
