Shot Blasting Machine for Processing Cyclinder

This series machines is a continuous pass-through tunnel type machine for automatically blasting pipe and other round stock. Work pieces with overall dimensions not exceeding the specifications can be blasted in a continuous operation. Work pieces are passed through the machine on live Diablo rollers that both rotate and move the work piece beneath the blast wheels as they rotate on their axis. The pass-through openings in the entry and exit vestibules are shrouded by wear resistant rubber curtains to limit the escape of stray abrasive. Loading and unloading operations are performed on conveyor extensions located at each end of the machine.

All shot blast machines include an integral abrasive recovery and cleaning system. After passing through the blast wheel, the abrasive is collected, separated from the resulting dust and other contaminants, and then stored in a hopper, ready for reuse. Collected contaminants are stored in a separate hopper for periodic disposal.

All machines utilize replaceable highly wear resistant materials in critical locations. All machine control systems are pre-piped and pre-wired. All machine dust exhaust ports are pre-piped to a central collection point, ready to be connected to an external dust collector or optionally, a fully integrated dry cartridge type dust collector can be provided.

Thanks to a special biconic roller conveyor, the pieces turn and progress at the same time exposing then all their surface at the shot flow thrown by the patented wheels.

The removal of oxide, calamine, paint is done by the impact of the metallic shot on the surface.

This machine can be integrated with automatic loading and unloading system.
