Ronghui Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., incorporated in 1996 in Dongwangyang Industrial Zone, Huangtian, Bao′an D- istrict, Shenzhen, is a big Hong Kong-owned firm professional in the development, production and sales of DVD, VCD, mini combined audio, upscale digital household cinema, etc.
The Company took the lead to introduce 6 sigma management mode among the industry, insist on the concept "customer centralized, m- arket oriented", reinforce its internal manage- ment using streamlined theories and promote both domestic and overseas market. To date the Company has had 600 employees, 20% of which are medium and senior technicians. The Company has established Development Depa- rtment, Production & Engineering Department, Foreign Trade Department, Domestic Trade D- epartment, Customer Service Department, M- anufacture Department, Quality Control Depa- rtment, etc. It has imported tens of sets of ad- vanced equipment including Chip Mounter and wave oven from Japan, Hilo programmer from Taiwan, and has built automatic electronic dust-free production line.
