Allied Carbon(China) Co., Limited was set up on April 17, 1998, it is a private enterprises, the factory area cover 50000 square meters, building area cover 10000 square meters, the total investment over 65 million RMB, fixed assets is 41 million RMB, liquidity is 24 million RMB, with an annual production, RP, HP, SHP, UHP graphite electrodes 25000mt, and value production over 200 million RMB, and factory have over 500 workers. Our plant have advanced technology and production process and equipments, the factory possesses two counter-current calcinging furnace, two rign-type baking furnace, four open baking furnaces, one 16, 000kv high power DC graphitngfurnace, one3, 000 ton extruder, one 1800 tons extruder.
Graphite electrodes is made of petroleum waste-petroleum coke is main raw material, through advanced production process-auto dosing, kneading, baking, graphitization, machining, it is necessary material by steel, metallurgical, chemical, machinery and electrical development, this project is suitable for government policy and encouraged by national development and reform commission.
