Pyrolysis Machine Main Parts as follows:
1> Reactor    
 
 
( Note: The Reactor is made with 14mm or 16mm thickness Q245R boier plate, or if you need SS material, we can also manufactuer for you.
Reactor life span: we guarantee 6 years,. You can use more than 8 years.
For pyrolysis reactor, there are different design for loading doors, and discharging doors according to your raw material and your requirement. 
For reactor and relative parts, there are safety system like valves, meters to help. )    
 
 
2> The Multistage Separator for oil gas  
 
( Note: It helps to remove impurities, and separate heavy oil and the light oil gas. We can collect heavy oil in the oil tank under this separator. Our special separator much modify the end oil quality.)     
 
 
3> The High-efficiency Dedulfurization Deduster
(Note: This deduster has special process for the heating smoke, to reduce sulfur, dust and impurties f smoke. 
So when discharging the smoke, it is clean, no pollution. So that our machine can run well in USA, Japan and EU countries.)    
 
 
4> The Water Sealing System-safety system for waste gas recycling.  
 
(Note: This water sealing system, it is double sealing system with water sealing and anti-back valves, to make sure the system is safe.)
