Nanjing Lansheng Shipyard Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lansheng Company)is a joint-stock enterprises, which is located in Dongjiang village, Baguazhou, Qixia District of Nanjing. It is adjacent to the northern part of No. 2 Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge which belongs to the main city of Nanjing and the traffic is very convenient. Lansheng Company covers an area of 37.1 hectares, approximately 600 mu, and owns 1350 meters of the Yangtze River shoreline. Its fixed assets are up to 150 million yuan. At present, 500 staff are working there, among whom, 100 are professional engineering and technical personnel, 30 with senior title. The company is continuing to develop and improve, and is gradually growing into one of the backbone shipyard enterprises of shipbuilding, ship repairing, and steel structure manufacturing.
Lansheng Company is powerful both in ship building and repairing. Ithas the largest floating dock(with 6500 T lifting ability)in Nanjing area and is capable of repairing types of ships under 16000 T. It is also equipped with CNC cutting machines, 1200 tons of hydraulic machines, large cranes and portal cranes, etc. It has been invested with foreign trade and export qualification certificate, and has established an integral quality management system which got the approval of ISO9001. The company mainly deals in shipbuilding, and takes ship repairing, steel structure manufacturing as supporting industry. Through steady development, it will be capable of building ships of 100, 000 dwt, enjoying a ship repairing turnover of 30, 000, 000 yuan and manufacturing 20, 000 steel structures by the Eleventh Five-Year period.
