Leather Standardization and Testing Center is an authoritative technical organization specialized in the national leather industry standardization, leather and its products quality supervision and inspection. The laboratory of the Center has passed the CNAS "National Laboratory" accreditation. The constant temperature and humidity conditions of the physical and mechanical property testing laboratory are precisely controlled, and can carry out the quality inspection and testing of all materials and products in the professional field of leather, fur and its products. The chemical analysis laboratory can carry out all the chemical test items involved in the specialty, and has such advanced analytical instruments as spectrum analyzer, gas chromatograph, atomic emission spectrometer (ICP), etc. The staff of the Center have many years of practical experience and are all technical experts in leather, fur and its products inspection and related fields. The technical personnel of the center are composed of professors, senior engineers, doctors and masters, and leather experts. With strong technical strength and good research environment, the Center currently undertakes scientific research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
