Injection molding plant
Our factory has been established for 15 years, and the construction area is about 1700 square meters. The annual output is 50 million sets of products.

There are 22 injection molding machines, 20 horizontal presses, 2 vertical presses and 1 rotary machine.
We′re doing engineering plastics at the moment.
We do both hot and cold runner. Mold design is based on cold runner. (Difference)
We have our own mold workshop and mold design and processing center.
Stamping plant:
This factory has been established for almost 17 years. The construction area is 3500 square meters, which is much larger than the injection molding factory. Annual production is about 16 million. Export countries are the United States and some African countries, most of our products are used in sofa accessories and building hardware.
Relating to stamping:
Punching machine has 30 sets, tonnage between 16-110, generally do aluminum, iron, stainless steel, copper.
The process of stamping, bending, positioning, shearing machine.
Welding
As for welding, we do gas shielded welding for pipes.
At present we are making hardware fittings for iron plates.
