RF plasma powder spheroidization is a modern industrial technology, which can be widely used in standard product lines. Compared with other methods, this technology greatly improves the efficiency of heat treatment, such as sintering in furnace, arc plasma, etc., and can produce materials that are difficult or even impossible to obtain by other traditional methods. In particular, spherical powders with different properties can be obtained by this method, and single component and multi-component submicrocrystalline powders with various structural characteristics and properties can be synthesized.
