Product Description
30mm160mm XKNC-50G machine tool is a kind of gang tool lathe developed and manufactured by our company based on long years of production experience. It is characterized by: φ30 of spindle through-hole diameter, additionally installed power chuck, cast iron lathe bed and Z axis through beam design. It inherits high precision properties from XKNC-20G and the superior cutting properties from XKNC-100G, and it's suitable for applications in industries, such as optics, automobile, micromotor, and bearings, among others. If equipped with precision pneumatic chuck and other special fixture, it reduces part deformation to it's minimum; especially having better results in high precision processing of parts with thin-wall, like processing and casting, cold pressing part and other applications that require high levels of precision.
Functional characteristic:
1. High speed
The biggest advantage of the gang tool lathe is that the tools are in a comb type arrangement. It changes the tools in high speed and precision, saving time and being more effective. If the auto-bar feeder and part transfer device are selected, it can realize long time continuous works.
2. High-Precision
The unique high precision main spindle made by KITAMURA is well known, however, we reduced the cycle time by adopting high acceleration servo motors and a newer high speed CNC, comparing to the former model. Without compromise, we have improved the "Scraped finish" that can only be achieved with the most stable precision improved for many years by our company. Furthermore, a NC precision factor of 0.1μm it's our standard, making possible to have a smoother taper and fillet R processing.
3. High rigidity
The Machine base was made from cast iron material and it's used for the machine tool, which improves cutting property and cutting stability greatly.

The machine is equipped with proper mutation structure and sufficient tool installation space. The precise machining tools for drilling, thread tapping, internal boring, turning, threading and cutting can be installed in the tool post
5. Dovetail sliding Guide rail
The guide rail adopts high quality cast iron with quenching, grinding and scraping treatment, which will prolong the precision retaining period of the guide rail surface. Every sliding surfaces make contact with enough dovetail groove surface, and with an automatic lubrication system. It keeps the stable precision of the machine tool for a long time.
The Z axis adopts a Double-V sliding guide rail configuration, meeting high rigidity and wide range requirements in precise machining.
6. High precision Spindle
The high precision Spindle axis core is made of high quality materials and has been subjected to multiple heat treatment and exquisite machining processes. The bearings have original Japanese technology. It also contains German waterproof rings to increase the waterproof level to the highest.
For special configurations, a built-in electric motor spindle can be opted, having the following specifications: the spindle speed is 8000rpm, adopting oil heat exchanger for cooling to ensure high speed and high precision of the spindle, which is applicable to machine work-piece with higher requirement of precision and finish.
7. Machining precision is within the range of 0.2μm
The spindle adopts ultra-precise radial ball bearing to make it possible to achieve high precision machining with roundness, linearity and surface roughness within 0.2μm of precision.

8. Powerful frequency conversion motor
The spindle drive uses a 2.2/3.7KW servo motor. All axis feeding use free maintenance digital AC servo Motor, with a power up to 0.75 KW, makes possible to have a powerful cut.
9. Special made Dovetail tool post plate
Same as the XKNC-20G machine, it can use the standard tool holder of 20 model machines, up to 9 pcs of tools.
10. Multiple selection of the automatic fixture opening/closing and clamping device
The standard accessories include a shift fork type clamping mechanism and spring stirrer clamping mode which can easily adjust the strength and replace the collet, being stable and reliable. The optional configurations include chuck clamping, precision pneumatic chuck or diaphragm chuck which clamping precision and in a wider range.

11. Polygon power milling device
The polygon power milling device can realize radial polygon cutting, increasing the production efficiency vastly.
12. Y axis driven live tools
In order to enhance the machine processing, the Y-axis drive live tool developed by our company enhances milling operations of the machine tool. X and Y direction live tools can install 2 or 3 tools while common gang tool lathes can only install 1 tool. Radial live tool feed along Y axis, which fulfils radial processing and whole machining, grooving, milling and special shape contour machining of the workpiece face and a 3-axis linkage combined processing. Also the live tools can perform rigid tapping, improving the turn-milling capabilities of the gang type lathe.

Installation and Operation Requirements
In order to ensure that the machine tool you purchased from the company has high performance and maintains high precision, please pay attention to the environment conditions for the installation of the machine tool.

2. Location for installation
(1) The equipment shall not be installed in radiation, such as: within the range of microwave, ultraviolet radiation, laser or X ray.
(2) In order to ensure machining precision and reduce temperature difference, please do not install the machine tool in the following areas:
1. Direct sunlight;
2. High humidity;
3. Large temperature difference;
4. Vibration;
5. High intensity magnetic field;
6. Dusty area;
(3) The area around the place for installation of the equipment should be free of the following:
1. Garage
2. Driveway for heavy traffic
3. Pressure or stamping equipment
4. Electrical welding, spot welding or argon arc welding
5. Substation
6. High tension line
7. Equipment or machining liable to produce dust
3. Place of installation:
The complete foundation for installation of equipment shall be subject to proper tamping to prevent foundation from poor condition such as cavity and loose soil.
The place for installation of equipment shall be equipped with a fixed power source consistent with requirements of the relevant national standards. Temporary sources shall not be used. The equipment shall have good ground protection.
The place for installation of equipment shall have a stable air source. The compressed air shall be dry and clean and satisfy relevant requirements of national standard.
4. Power requirements:
The place for installation of equipment shall be equipped with three-phase four-wire system for power source. Line voltage 380V±5%.
If the voltage of power line with three-phase four-wire system in the place for installation of equipment is 200V±5%, when the equipment is connected to the power source, it is unnecessary to adopt a transformer.
If the voltage of power line with three-phase four-wire system in the place for equipment is 220V, after the equipment accesses the power source, it is necessary to pay attention to voltage stabilization of power source to ensure that the power voltage does not exceed 220V +5% in fluctuation.
5. Compressed air
The pipe for compressed air shall be equipped with a filter and a dryer. The air pressure in the equipment shall be 0.7~1.0Mpa, the air flow shall be 5cubic meters/hour (Every standard machine tool).
