Yuyao Tianzhi Hose Clip Co., Ltd. was built in 2006. Located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China, where is convenient to both Shanghai and Ningbo Port.
We are a leading manufacture factory of various hose clamps such as American type, German Type, British Type, etc. Also the biggest production base of American type hose clamps in Zhejiang Province. Our main products cover American Standard hose clamp, Miniature hose clamp, Quick Release hose clamp & High Torque hose clamp.
Our production capacity is around 40 million of hose clamps each year, with 5 million US dollars sales amount in total.
Recent years, we have brought in many modern facilities and automated equipments to guarantee our high product quality and fast delivery. 13 sets automated facilities for making screws, more than 20 sets automated punching machines for manufacturing housing & band and a lot of semi-automated machines for assembling. We also have a separated mould control workshop to make sure we can provide a wide range of custom sizes and special needs with our customers. Besides, we owned standard test devices such as salt spray test machine, torque test tools to test our products to make them perform and last in a long-term use.
