To increase our competivity, we invested 2 factories in 2017, one is headcover factory, the other is golf bag factory.
With 28 workers for golf headcover, our production capacity is around 22, 000 PCS/month. With embroidery machine, we can make the sample and mass order very fast and control our cost. Now, we already made headcovers for Japan Callaway.
With 65 workers for golf bag, our production capacity is around 15, 000 PCS/month for normal golf bag, and 5000 PCS/month for waterproof golf bag. And we have over 4 years production experience for waterproof golf bag, our quality is better than those bigger golf bag factories. Made TaylorMade and Wilson golf bag and Jucad watergolf bags for other bigger factories or trading companies.
With support of my brother-in-law′s factory(they make LED lamp for Panasonic), we are able to make mould for new plastic and metal products.
