Also known as FU CHUANG RUBBER PLASTIC HARDWARE PRODUCTS (H. K. ) LIMITED, our company was established in 2001. We are a high-tech company with more than 1600 employees, of whom 40% are tertiary educated and they form the bulk of workforce in R&D, production, sale and technical support. Nevertheless, in our short history Shenzhen Fu Chuang Rubber & Plastic Hardware Products Limited has managed to get a foothold in the rubber part industry and has ambitious plans to be among the top 10 rubber and plastic manufacturers in the world in 2016.
Shenzhen Fu Chuang Rubber & Plastic Hardware Products Limited has our own state-of-the-art 32, 000sqm production facilities, one of the country′s biggest processing, manufacturing and R&D bases in the rubber industry. Our company has 16 CNC machines, 8 EDM machines, 4 Mixing rolls, 2 Mixing mills, 72 vacuum forming machines, 26 injection machines, 4 cutters and so on. This makes us become one of the few companies in the world operating a mass production rubber processing line with a production capacity of 200 million pieces of rubber parts monthly.

ERP System and the deployment of 7S methodology are evident in the workplace and are highly praised by customers who have visited our factory with rubber parts to increase customers′ visits. The "Lean Factory" process will transform FU CHUANG into a competitive weapon and has shaped our brand identity and improved product quality as well as significantly reduced wastage.

Our R&D team consists of 50 engineers with design and development capabilities and core technology. Meanwhile, the engineering team is involved in structural, mechanical and molding design. They bring onboard an average of 8 years of experience in professional designs, some of which are for renowned multinational companies. with continuous professional training and development programs that we embark on, it comes as no surprise FU CHUANG has ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004, CE, RoHS, FDA and ETL certifications as well as CCC local (China) certification. Our Supplier Quality Assessment Process and In Process Quality Inspection (IPQC) are online quality systems that allow us to maintain the high quality level we promise to our customers.
