AVIC International Shenzhen Company Limited ("AVIC Shenzhen") is an important industrial platform for the non-aeronautical business under the Aviation Industry Corporation of China. Since its establishment in 1982, over 28 years of its development, the Company has gradually grown into a diversified group of enterprises, which covers core businesses including high-tech manufacturing, real estate development, property management, hotel management, retails, import &export trade and resources development.
The Company has four domestic and overseas listed companies, i. e., AVIC Shenzhen (0161, HK), AVIC Real Estate (000043, SZ), Shen Tianma (000050, SZ), Fiyta (Fiyta A: 000026, Fiyta B: 200026), Rainbow Stores(002419, SZ) and a number of renowned enterprises which carry weight in the industry, such as Shennan Circuit, AVIC Property, Grand Skylight, Shanghai Hotel and AVIC Commerce & Trading. In 2009, the Company recorded an operating income of RMB18.8 billion, gross profit of RMB610 million and total assets of over RMB36 billion.
