Baotou Yongshengda Steel Rolling Co., Ltd. is located in Baotou which is one of the national iron and steel bases in the western region of China. It is close to the Dandong-Lhasa highway, 110 national highway and 109 national highway. Besides, there is a rail freight station near our factory, so the geographical location is excellent and transportation is very convenient.
The company was founded in the beginning of 2005. Its factory stands in the plant of Baotou Steel(Group) and has the first-class manufacturing facilities. Relying on the Group′s funds, technologies, talents and advantages, we get strong support and great progress in the development. With the great efforts of staff, Baotou Steel Yongda Steel Blade Co., Ltd. has developed rapidly in these three years.
At present, the domestic products of granite gang-saw blades are rolled by used rails, the organization of this products always have internal injuries. In process of production, they are easily to break off or bring about deflection and slack of tension, leading to a stop or replacement of blades and other phenomena. Our granite gang-saw blades are rolled by refining steel billets(C70)and developed by the technology of cold treatment, which is exact in thickness and width, excellent in mechanical properties such as wear-resistance and high tensile strength, etc. Furthermore, the synthetic properties of our products can compare favorably with other similar products in abroad. Using the blades of our company, it will be safer, more efficient, more reliable of mechanical properties and lower the cost of production.
