1.Production Name:High frequency welded header pipe.
2.This specification applies to automotive air condition.
3.Quality Requirements
3.1 General Requirements
The inside and outside surface of tube are clean and bright.
The inside and outside surface of tube should be no pitting, impurities, die tracks and cracks.
The inside of tube must be cleaning and without chips and moisture.
3.2 Chemical Composition
Chemical composition of the tube should be consistent with Table -1 and Table -2

4 Packing & Marking
4.1 Packing Sketch:Tubes are packed with wooden box
4.2 A quality certificate should be attached to each lot.
4.3 There will be a label on each package with the following information

(2)Specification size
(3)Batch No.
(4)Production Date
(5)Weight
(6)Customer Name
5 Others
5.1 Agreeing to change the supplied products unconditionally if they can not meet with the requirements on the specifications within one year after delivery of the products.
5.2 The product certificate will be prolonged naturally if two parties have no objection.
5.3 Two parties must sign the product certificate again if it needs to be changed.
