Laser coating is suitable for the needs of both new production and manitenance for high value components with very high quality repeatable results. Laser welding greatly reduces the heat input, resulting in a much smaller heat affected zone (HAZ), and much less thermal distortion.
In our Job Shop, we produce everything from the individual piece up to medium lot sizes and mass production. Because we are working with state-of-the-art laser technique and technology on a daily basis, we are able to develop and manufacture optimally designed special-purpose machinery solutions.
