Meanwhile, Global also has the volumes such as guide frame(5 millons sets), back plate(5 millons PCS), shim(90 millons PCS), accessory(90 millions PCS), vehicle brake pad kit(5 millons sets), brake shoe kit(6 millions). The key testing equipment were imported and can test every process/part, which makes the quality is in line with the international standards. Global has an experienced friction material formula development team. With FBK more than 40 years brake pad formula R&D experiences and cooperation with worldwide testing labs in Malaysia, Japan and Korea, FBK formulation has been updated from the original single Japanese formula to the customized formula per customer request with characters of low noise and dust, high friction coefficient, long mileage and good braking performance.
