Gl2000 Two Times Concentrated Solutionantiscalant for Reverse Osmosis Membrane

Product introduction
    GL2000 is a kind of high concentrated liquid of environmental protection type antiscalant, can effectively prevent the deposition of inorganic salts in the reverse osmosis membrane surface. It has stronger control capacity of carbonate, sulphat. Furthermore, both the maintenance function for dissolved iron and the dispersion function for insoluble iron could prevent the formation of membrane iron scale. It is compatible with all the major reverse osmosis membrane; and widely applicable for the different water sources, complex water, instable water quality condition, and has strong resistance to shock of changeable water quality. Product features are as follows:
 
•It can control the scale depositiona of CaCO3, CaSO4, SrSO4, BaSO4, CaF2 and SiO2, L.S.I values of up to 3 without scaling;
•The control of the concentration of CaSO4 could be reached 4 times effectively.
•It can be played a normal role under the allowance of Fe<2mg/L concentration water.
•It is suitable for various types of polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane on the market, nanofiltration devices, it is the preferred formula of dirt dispersion agent for the membrane separation system  
•It can be used for producing drinking water (with ANSLcertification standards).

Direction for use

  GL2000 should be added ahead of the precision filter, the typical dosage is 1 to 3mg/L, but depending on water quality and RO equipment operation situation. It is can be added directly or diluted to use, dilute to use RO produced water or dematerialized water. Generally speaking, dilution could not pass 10 times at the normal atmospheric temperature, the specific usage and dosage determined should follow the products representative of Great Lakes, the technical service engineer will recommend the right ways of using it.
Packaging and Storage
GL2000 is in line with the international UN standard 25L chemical liquid plastic barrels packaging.
        GL2000 should be kept in dark place; the shelf-life is two years.

Note: during the operation process, chemical protective gloves and goggles of should be put on, in order to scale inhibition effectively. 
GL118 and GreatLakes™ are the full flocculants compatible. Incompatible antiscalant / dispersing agent and flocculant will cause condensation reaction, then resulting in the membrane pollution seriously.
