Zhangjiagang City Haifei Machinery Co., Ltd is a modernized producing factory of waste plastic recycling machinery integrating developing, producing, marketing, and service. Haifei offers a complete plastic refining technique, from coarse crushing series shredder to fine crushing series crusher and powder milling machine. Haifei also supplys conveying system, absorption system, metal detecting system, filter separating system and other auxiliaries.
Haifei started as a small-scale private workshop to produce the supporting equipment attached to plastic extruding and pelletizing equipment before the year of 2003. Between 2003 and 2009 Haifei as a factory produced the supporting equipment for extruding, blow molding, and injection molding factories. In the beginning of 2010, Haifei factory updated to be a corporation, products concentrated on national market, to supply high quality waste plastic recycling equipment to plastic machinery manufacturer, plastic product manufacturer, waste plastic collecting unit, and individual. And in 2010 Haifei set up an international business department and acquired right to import and export, products concentrated on global market.
All drawings are drafted by CAD/CAM, or PRO-E software. All components and parts are produced and processed on high precision machine tools. All assembling work is accomplished by experienced technicians. All equipment is accepted to leave factory by quality inspector.
Plastic crusher confirms to JB/T5291-2007 standard. Quality management system conforms to GB/T19001-2008 idt ISO9001: 2008 standard. Our quality achieves EU CE certificate.
