1. To understand the function of the precision straightening machine, which is suit for straightening the material thickness. taking this as an example, the maximum straightening material thickness of the model is 3.0mm for metal sheet, the minimum material thickness is 0.4mm, and the maximum straightening width is 200mm when the material thickness is 1.0mm, and the maximum straightening width is 3.0mm 150mm; as the material widens, the material thickness decreases. if it exceeds the above range, the straightening effect will be unsatisfactory! It can even cause serious damage to the machine

It is also necessary to know the reference position of the precision straightener before operation: the straightening adjustment needs to refer to the dial indicator installed on the cover to adjust. the dial indicator has been debugged before leaving the factory, and the adjusted reference value is 5.0. that is, the short needle points to 5, and the long needle points to 0. at this time, the lowest point of the upper roller coincides with the highest point of the lower roller. the dial indicator is relatively precise. do not disassemble or bump it.
3, Product test machine adjustment: the thickness of the product needs to be straighened. turn the straightening adjustment handwheel counterclockwise until the short hand points to the position of 5+ product thickness (product thickness is 2mm, the hand points to 7 and the long hand points to 0). rotate the handwheel to adjust the material thickness and pull the upper roller to a proper position. it is easier to feed. push the arc of the product into the machine by pressing ⌒. press the manual forward rotation to send the product out of the machine. if the radian is still the same as before, it means that the pressure of the upper roller is not enough. turn the four straightening adjustment handwheels clockwise for half a turn, and then put the product into the machine to straightening. follow the above steps until the product is level. If the radian of the product becomes low, it proves that the upper roller is pressed too much, and the straightening adjustment handwheel must be adjusted in the opposite direction. try again with another product until the product is straightened. two straightening handwheels at the feed end will adjust the multi pressure point of the handwheel, and two straightening handwheels at the discharge end will effect the less pressure point of the handwheel. adjustment experience: adjust the position of the material inlet and outlet to the position of 5 + material thickness, and then the material outlet does not move. then, slowly adjust the handwheel at the material inlet until the product is straight
4. Automatic operation of the machine: after debugging, you can turn the button to the automatic position to allow the machine to run automatically. place the product to be straightened on the auxiliary pallet, and gently push it to the position of the feeding roller by hand, and the roller will automatically move it. the clamp is fed into the straightening part, and after straightened, it automatically comes out at the discharge end and drops the stainless steel pallet. the machine must be operated safely! do not wear gloves, hand jewelry, etc. to operate the machine

Operation:
1. Placement and positioning of the precision straightening machine. After removing the transport wooden box of the precision straightener, the placement position of the machine must be determined first. the position determination criteria are: the center of the straightener and the uncoiler machine, the feeder and the the center of the stamping die is on the same center line. this principle must be achieved, and then the phenomenon of partial material does not occur.According to the thickness of the actual material and the characteristics of the stamping process (mainly the feeding length), the final placement position of the straightener is determined. usually, the precision straightener and the feeder are kept between 1.5m-2m. if the feeding length is long, the distance needs to be extended to avoid the straightening machine to start or stop anyway.
2. Check the material thickness actually used to make sure it is within the applicable thickness range. as with other thin coil straightener, the precision straightener is suit for 0.1-0.6mm thickness. the actual materials used must be within this range.
3. Check whether the upper and lower straightener rollers of the precision straightener are on the reference point. the benchmark is that the low point of the upper roller of the straightener is on the same line as the high point of the lower roller, that is, completely parallel, which is the basis for obtaining a good straightening effect. precision straightening machine is adjusted to the reference value when it is shipped from the factory. the scale can be displayed at 5.0. the customer can check whether it is in this position, and at the same time, check whether the roller is completely level.
4. Straightening machine adjustment for jogging test machine. unlike ordinary precision straightener, which are adjusted at four points, precision straightener use eight points, so the adjustment methods are also different. straightening machine has a rough section in the front section and a precision section in the rear section. the rear section is suit for straightening the products fed to the arc. the actual test machine use is that if the material is fed with the upper arc, it can be used without the front section, and the upper roller can be pulled up to use the rear section. if the material is fed with the lower arc or the material is not stable, It is necessary to adjust the upper roller of the front section to press down the arc of the tape. then put it in the back section for precise straightening.
5. Adjust the induction frame to a suitable position for continuous and automatic straightening processing and production. after using precision straightening machine to determine the correctness of the effect, you can adjust the straightening frame to a suitable position. after the material touches the sensing lever, it will automatically stop. when the feeder is pulled up after the material, the precision straightening machine automatically runs the straightening and feeding, and rotates the speed regulating knob to control the straightening speed in accordance with the process requirements to cooperate with stamping automation production.
