Jrcera zirconia blocks are made of top-quality nanometer medical grade zirconia powder. We do not just use off-shelf commercial zirconia powder, instead, we are one of the few dental zirconia manufacturers who are deeply involved in the production of the raw material of dental zirconia blocks by strictly controlling the size of crystallite, the distribution of yttrium etc. These powder is firstly compacted by cold isostatic pressing with high compressive strength and then pre-sintered to form a Jrcera zirconia block. Our unique powder processing and isostatic pressing technique ensures every piece of our zirconia block has excellent aesthetic effect, good machinability, outstanding flexural strength, and long duration. As an esthetic and more biologically compatible alternative to cast gold and PFMs, Jrcera zirconia blocks come in different translucency levels and colors and can be used in almost any clinical situation such as crowns, bridges, inlays and veneers of the fixed partial denture.
