Hatress have our own LED encapsulation unit and incorporates with sophisticated R&D department which associated with Fudan University of Micro-Electronics, Weiner Semi-Conductors and few other research institutions together for researching, developing, and producing the High Quality &reliable LED lamps, our company ′s encapsulation department have the world′s most advanced &fully automatic equipment, with the 140 packaging lines which is one of the biggest unit in China, with an annual output of SMD RGB lamp 7200kk, designed to provide excellent quality for the LED displays.
Hatress Optoelectronics Department is in cooperation with the Japanese Panasonic ′s R&D Department & introduced the world′s most advanced manufacturing equipment: 100 sets of Panasonic RV132 Automatic plug-in machines, 30 sets of Panasonic High-Speed NPM placement machines, 20 sets of Panasonic Medium -Speed BM placement machines, 10 sets of Panasonic automatic printing machines, and also several sets of SPI, AOI testing equipment. Which make sure the High-quality and & reliable LED display screen being produced.
