Hebei Far East Harris Communications Co., Ltd (FHC) was established which is dedicated to produce and provide 20-20 Digital Switching and Digital Dispatch Systems for global users.
1999
Along with the successful development of China SS7 on 20-20 PBX platform, FHC stepped into self-innovation period.
2000
FHC launched 20-20 IXP2000 and IXP10000 models to the global market, which were cooperatively developed with Harris Corporation.
2002
FHC launched the independently developed 2B+D Based Digital Dispatch System.

FHC was awarded GB/T19001-2000-ISO9001: 2000 Certificate.
2003
FHC entered into Application Software System field and successfully launched SmartCon Call Center System. When SARS broke out in 2003, FHC developed and donated one set of Call Center Platform to Hebei Public Health Supervision and Control Center which played a very important and effective role in the campaign against SARS.
