Founded in 2002, Zhuhai Leaguer (Headcon) Capacitor is an aluminum electrolytic capacitor manufacturer and exporter with a sales office in Shenzhen and own brands Leaguer, SWC and Headcon. Our products are widely used in auto electronics, LCD monitors, digital TVs, computer peripherals, portable DVD players, digital cameras and more. We also mass produce polymer solid capacitors as well.
Our new 10, 000-square-meter factory is equipped with an array of production and testing machinery from Japan and Taiwan including 200 production lines with a monthly production capacity of 153 million pieces. We employ over 400 staff including more than 50 engineers and R&D staff. Our in-house QC ensures we meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IECQ QC 08000 and TS 16949: 2002 standards and pass audits by Omron and AOC.
We export more than 40% of our products to North, Central and South America, East and West Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa as well as the Middle East. We have successfully cooperated with the Skyworth Group, Motorola, Flextronics, the Foryou Group, Hisense, CVT, Foxconn and the Chamberlain Group, thus giving us annual sales exceeding $15 million.
