R&D

The company has strong preference on R&D for new demand, and has formed a complete R&D department staffed by highly skilled researchers and engineers, and established an opening strategy platform and sharing the relevant technology with some public and private research institutes in China.

The R&D department, which fully equipped for pilot and large-scale tests, especially in isolation/

Purification, fermentation and semi-synthesis, supports the company latest technology, undertakes contract research and custom synthesis, also with technology transfer, preparing and maintaining Drug Master File (DMF) and other technology document, for the registration.

In each production stage will be connected with the Q/A control system to maintain the good manufacturing standards throughout the whole process.

The company has also been keeping close relationship with more than 300 Chinese manufacturers in the field, this ascendency endowed the company with the footing of great distributor of pharmaceuticals, intermediates, fine chemicals, etc. If the products, which enquired by customer, is out of range of the company′s own production, the company will offer other manufacturer′s products to the customer, These manufacturers, of course, will be selected very carefully and have passed various quality tests in decade of business experience in international market, and could be regarded as the representative producers in same fields in China.

Aiming at the customer′s expectations for quality and service, the company established integrated QC system from raw materials to finished products. The company′s in-house laboratory is equipped with advanced testing and measurement instruments such as HPLC UV-VIS, GC-FID, UV-VIS, Pulsed PSL, Polarization spectrometer, AAS and Karl Fischer Titrator, etc., to guarantee the products of satisfied standards according to customer′s needs.

A two-tier quality control mode is being implemented normally in the company, that is, the evaluation to be conducted both by the company′s in-house laboratory and the third-party independent laboratory, to catch the key points and guarantee the consistent creditability and safety.
