The chief engineer Sungo has over 10 years experience in can making machine industry. He designed and improved the Sheet Feed Press of HeiSun Tech to the state of art can making machine. The sheet feed press is now highly automatic, offering a max of 120 tons pressure, 8 outputs per stroke, and 200 strokes per minute. It has the advantage of material savings by utmost precision feed, and manpower savings by direct sheet processing which eliminates strip shearing.
The sheet feed press uses Siemens PLC control system, THK guiding rail, THK ball screw, Kingair hydraulic overload protector, SMC air cylinder, OMPI clutch brake, and THK preloaded playfree 8-side roller RAM guidance. with all world-class parts, HeisunTech sheet feed press provides the most advanced and best quality can making machine from China at reasonable cost.
