It has five wholly owned or share-holding subsidiaries, having formed a pattern consisting of a headquarters in Zhengzhou (Zhengzhou Shijia Telecommunications), and a number of subsidiaries in Shenzhen (Shenzhen Cable Technology), Hebi (Henan Shijia Telecommunications (indoor fiber optic cabless)), Henan Shijia Photons (PLC optical chips)), and Wuxi (polymer materials).
Over the past two years, Shijia Technologies has been focusing on the adjustment of product structures, having accessed the high end of the optical communications industry chain on the basis of maintaining and further developing the original cable business.
