As the products levels have been upgraded continuously and product types have been increased continuously, the Company has been developed rapidly and now, the fixed asset of the company has reached to 200 million. The total sale amount is 3, 200 million in 2004. The occupied area of the company is 15 ten thousand square meters. The company has 18 manufacturing workshops and sub-factories such as foundry, plastic filtering plate pressing, rubber filtering plate pressing, die manufacture, vacuum and pressurizing filtering machine manufacture, sheet metal, machining, general assembly workshop and hydraulic electric appliance, etc. The company has large scale and super large scale machining tools, such as: vertical lathes with a diameter of 2.5m, 4m, 5m and 10m; 3 sets of horizontal lathes with a length of 9 m and with a diameter of 1000~1250m; 4 sets of 6m double-housing planers; 4 sets of floor type boring machine; 2 sets of 2040*3060 double-housing numerical control boring machine; a number of numerical controlled milling machines and automatic cutting machines. The company has over 30 sets of oil-hydraulic press from 500 ton to 50000 ton for pressing filtering plate; 13 sets of high precision vertical post type oil-hydraulic press of 800 ton, 1250 ton, 2000 ton are specially equipped, which provide hardware assurance for manufacturing the patent product of polypropylene isolating membrane filtering plate; at the same time, large scale plastic extruding machine with the domestically first class technology is equipped and the workshops where hot pressing modeling technology with an international advanced level is used is established, which can produce high quality and high strength polypropylene filtering board; the polypropylene membrane plate of cavity type with a squeezing press of 1.6MPa and a lifetime of over 50 thousand times is initiatively produced by the company. These make the gap in this area between our country and developed countries be further decreased and can provide membrane squeezing filter press equipments with a higher solid content for users.
