Hongtex have two sets completed production lines from dyeing to finishing. All dyeing equipment adopt bobbin dyeing which is better to control the consistency color. The maximum capacity dyeing vat is 5ton, and the minimum capacity dyeing vat is 5kg which is suitable all size of order. In order to effective control flying yarn from the beginning, Hongtex imported two sets sizing machines with two sizing vats and also imported 80sets Toyota air jet looms from Japan with 60sets Rapier looms made in China.
The principal product line of Hongtex is yarn-dyed fabrics, available in gingham, oxford, brushed twill, peach, seersucker, dobby, and chambray with yarn count range from 16′s to 120/2′s. Raw materials used include 100% cotton, T/C, Spandex, and linen.
Vertical production line with rigorous quality control in every process
Hongtex has a vertical production line from dyeing, warping, sizing, weaving, finishing, inspecting and shipping. Rigorous quality control is instituted in each and every process. Hongtex has stable production quality and strictly following customers requirement to control quality. All of products are exported to European and south of Asia. In order to improve our service and fast response to customer, Hongtex has set up its own Shanghai office. The pursuit of Hongtex is becoming the best service provider.
