HuiZhou Hontran Seal Co., Ltd was established in 2013, and the headquarters is located in Shenzhen. Our production base is in Huizhou, and has a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Hontran is a collection R & D, production, marketing as one of the high-tech enterprises, specializing in the production of automobile seal strip, household appliances hose, building seal strip and so on. We have advanced production equipments, such as automatic batching line, rubber mixing line, continuous vulcanization line, steam vulcanization with nitrogen line, vulcanizing joint line, injection joint line, end punching line, plastic extrusion line and hose extrusion line, which the annual output exceeds 6 million meters.
Our own laboratory center has complete equipments to test sealing materials and products which include HAAKE torque-rheometer, Mooney tester, Sclerometer, Hydrometer, Tensile test machine, VMS dynamic image measurement system, Ozone test machine, Xenon arc weatherometer, Climate test, Complex atomization device, Thickness Measurement System and Oil bath pan, and Coating abrasion tester.
At present, we have been certified to ISO/TS16949. We focus on innovation, currently studying the flame retardant materials, V0 grade CPVC materials applied to automotive seals, lightweight materials research, and micro foaming materials applications.
We are now using MES system to control the whole manufacturing process, who are the first Auto parts manufacturer using intelligent management system. MES system can carry out the whole process of material and product quality traceability, and will achieve paperless manufacturing management, to greatly improve the management level.
