Hunan Liling Hualing Porcelain Insulator & Electrical Apparatus Co., Ltd. is a joint-venture enterprise with Meiya Group of America. It is located at Doutian-southern suburb of famous ceramic city Liling, established in 1998, having two branch factories: Doutian welfare Porcelain Insulator Manufacture Factory and Electrical Apparatus Manufacture Factory.
