Equipped with over 150 sets precision facilities including 4200*2600*1200 Gantry Machining Center, CHARMILL CNC wire cutting, mirror EDM machine, ZEISS CMM etc. Injection: 80-3300 ton, 2K injection 1, 420 ton, 1600 /2300TON(Kraus Maffei low pressure). Over 100 sets injection equipped with gas-assistant and steam high-light devices. 100, 000 grade dust-less workshop is prepared for disposable medical parts and others. There are over 100 engineers working on design and program department. Our experiences: Automotives; Bumper, instrument panel, console, door panel, outlet, lamp, intake manifold etc. 8 sets bumper and 3-5 sets IP each year. Gas-assistant, high-light, over-mold, 2K-lower pressure, zinc alloy rapid prototype has been widely used. Microcellular foam (physical and chemical) \IMD\in-mould labeling, etc. Air on the way, based on it we are endeavor to provide an one-stop service from R&D, design, manufacture, parts producing, secondary processing to components supply.
