Founded in 1998, Huazhou Cemented Carbide Industry Co., Ltd. Is located in Zhuzou City, Hunan Province_the largest manufacturing, research and self-supporting base of cemented carbide in China, enjoying convenient transportation, well-developed industry and beautiful landscape.
With the advantage of its location in national new and high-tech industrial development zone, our company owns a modern standard workshop, complete equipment, advanced technology, 18 intermediate and senior technicians and establishes sophisticated research system and quality assurance system.
Our products include raw materials used in cemented carbide production and processing, cemented carbide inserts, drawing dies, stamping dies, strips, slices, boards, round bars, button bits, wearable parts, geological mine tools, saw blades, nonmagnetic alloy, high-gravity and non-standard products, etc. Meanwhile, our company is capable to produce and process all kinds of cemented carbide products according to the drawings and samples provided by customers, also can conduct deep-processing of alloy products and designing and manufacturing of dies.
Our company developed the first supersized cemented carbide cold heading stamping die, the first overlong cemented carbide round bar and the first super-huge cemented carbide board by cold molding and vacuum sintering technology in the field.
