Its′ original magnetic micro feed technology changes the traditional processing methods, train world-class piston machining technology. Internal combustion engine piston has complex design on its skirt which should become oval with special regulation required by thermal expansion in the liner when it works normally, thus making the machining of the piston skirt extremely complex and difficult. There was no good sulotion to machining oval sharpness of skirt until GOZE′s new technique developed worldwide. Meanwhile, we can use the same technique for pin hole non-circular deformation. This new machining technology to bring a technological innovation to the piston industry. We have used this technology to further semi-automatic and fully automated production lines, to all users bring hitherto unknown improving efficiency and quality improvement.

Of course the most precision machining is one piston quality assurance, properties of the alloy material is also too much important. Goze strictly in accordance with the requirements of the original design and the European standards, to make optical analyses and detection of each batch smelting alloy to ensure 100% reach to the standards. We use the special designed automatic casting equipment to control each casting in proper situation, thus ensuring that on any flaw of casting body. All casting body after quenching, aging treatment, to ensure that the alloy material hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of its top standards. The body strong bond by the most sophisticated machining process, according to the internal combustion engine work requirements, making the necessary treatment on the surface (such as: Tin plating, phosphating, spray graphite, hard anodic oxidation) the piston from Goze meet high quality standard for both OEM and after market service.
